Case study 01 is a business coach and renowned photographer. She needed help building a strategy and consistency on Instagram. See how I helped her reach 1.7 million impressions in 3 months. 

PROBLEM:

This client is a total boss, running her online-based business professionally. But here's the thing - she's been facing some major struggles. The pressure of maintaining a consistent presence and growing her Instagram account has taken a toll on her. Burnout is real, and she's ready to focus on other important aspects of her business that need her attention.

First things first, the pillars. As a team, we established her content pillars and what they represent. Coaching, Wellness, and Photography. 

Then we determined a reasonable posting schedule, for her, she wanted to post 5 times a week - a mix of reels, static, and carousel form content. 

We also determined that it would benefit her by showing up on stories daily (as much as possible) to build a stronger connection with her audience. 

Then we built an outbound attraction and engagement strategy including daily interaction with her followers, non-followers, and hashtags. 

Our hashtag bank had a mix of ultra-niche to broad tags and we developed unique banks for each of her pillars. 

Not to brag, but on one post alone we reached 7K users wit hashtags... (this could be you, bestie!)

Lastly, we developed a content calendar and idea bank that we could easily pull from. 

We consistently posted about each pillar every single week and mixed up the content structure to see what was resonating the best with her audience. 

We matched the content calendar with her current offers to grab the attention of her audience and bring them down the marketing funnel.
